Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind about an online order, you can cancel within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

How to return an item

• Email us with your order number and the item you want to return.
• Keep the item in its original packaging where possible, unassembled and unused.
• We will confirm the collection or return arrangements and any costs before anything is booked.

Damaged or faulty items

Check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or faulty, email us photos of the item and the packaging, with your order number, and we will arrange a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
